SOLUTIONS — FOR SUPPLIERS

Submit compliance data once. Every brand gets it.

Passr gives material suppliers and manufacturers a structured way to submit certifications, substance declarations, and lab reports to the brands they work with — without a new account, a new portal, or a new process for every customer.

THE CHALLENGE
Every brand has a different compliance request. The data is the same every time.

As EU regulations tighten, brands are asking their suppliers for more compliance data — material composition, REACH SVHC declarations, GOTS or bluesign certifications, lab test reports. This is reasonable. What is less reasonable is the way these requests arrive: as emails, spreadsheets, custom portals, and PDF forms that are different for every brand and every season.

Suppliers with ten brand customers are managing ten different compliance data processes, all asking for roughly the same information in ten different formats. This is a significant operational burden — and one that falls on suppliers who typically have less compliance infrastructure than the brands requesting the data.

Passr is designed to reduce this friction. A structured, standardised submission process means suppliers prepare the data once and submit it in a consistent format, regardless of which brand is asking.

HOW IT WORKS FOR SUPPLIERS

No account required. No new system to learn.

Structured submission links
Brands send a submission request via Passr. Suppliers receive a link that opens a structured form — specific to the SKU, specific to the data needed. No login, no account setup.
Submit in minutes, not hours.
Upload certifications and lab reports
Attach certificates (GOTS, bluesign, OEKO-TEX, GRS), lab test reports, and substance declarations directly to the submission. Files are stored and linked to the correct product record.
Documents go to the right place automatically.
Substance declaration support
Passr's substance declaration form is structured around REACH SVHC requirements — the same framework that brands need to satisfy for SCIP database submissions.
One declaration satisfies multiple regulatory obligations.
Submission history
Suppliers can view their submission history and certificate status — useful for managing renewal cycles and ensuring nothing lapses without notice.
A clear record of what has been submitted and when.
REGULATORY BASIS

The regulations driving these data requests.

These frameworks require brands to collect and verify supply chain data — which is why they are asking you for it.
