2. Who Sets Cookies on Passr?
First-party cookies are set by Passr directly on passr.eu and app.passr.eu.
Third-party cookies are set by our technology partners as described in Section 4.
3. What Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function. Without them, you cannot log in or use the platform. They cannot be disabled.

3.2 Analytics Cookies (Optional)
These cookies help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. They are only activated if you consent.

3.3 Website Analytics (No Cookies)
On passr.eu (our marketing website), we use Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use any cookies and does not collect personal data. It records only aggregate, anonymised statistics such as page view counts and referrer sources. No consent is required for Plausible.
4. Cookies We Do Not Use
We want to be clear about what we do not do:
- We do not use advertising or targeting cookies
- We do not use cookies to track you across other websites
- We do not allow third-party advertisers to set cookies on our site
- We do not use fingerprinting or similar tracking technologies
- We do not sell cookie-derived data to any third party
5. How to Manage Cookies
5.1 Our Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit passr.eu or app.passr.eu, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose:
- Accept All: Enables strictly necessary cookies and optional analytics cookies
- Necessary Only: Enables only strictly necessary cookies. Analytics cookies will not be activated.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page.
5.2 Browser Settings
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Here is how to access cookie settings in common browsers:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and Other Site Data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions → Cookies and Site Data
Important: Disabling the Supabase session cookies (sb-access-token and sb-refresh-token) will prevent you from logging into the platform.
5.3 Opt-Out from Posthog Analytics
You can opt out of Posthog analytics at any time:
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Disable Analytics within the platform, or
- Select “Necessary Only” in the cookie consent banner
Opting out will set the ph_[project_id]_opt_in_out cookie to “opt-out”, which tells Posthog not to record any events from your account.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We will update this Cookie Policy if we add or remove cookies or similar technologies. Material changes will be communicated through the cookie consent banner on your next visit, giving you the opportunity to review and update your preferences.
