Compliance infrastructure for outdoor brands.
Passr is a Digital Product Passport platform built for outdoor and activewear brands selling into the EU market. We make it possible to collect, verify, and share the product data that EU regulations require — without building the infrastructure yourself.
Make product compliance something brands can actually do.
EU regulations like ESPR, AGEC, and PFAS disclosure requirements are creating a new baseline for every brand selling into European markets. The data they require — material composition, supply chain traceability, chemical substance records, recycling instructions — exists somewhere in every brand's operations. The problem is that it is scattered, unstructured, and disconnected from the product itself.
Passr connects that data to the product through a Digital Product Passport: a verified, scannable record that travels with the product through every stage of its life. From the supplier's material certification to the consumer's QR scan at end of life, Passr gives every party in the chain access to the data they need, in the format the regulation requires.
One platform. Every compliance requirement.
Digital Product Passports
Generate GS1 Digital Link-compliant passports for every product. Scannable by consumers, auditors, and recyclers.
Supplier data collection
Structured data requests sent to your supply chain. Certificates, lab reports, and declarations — attached to the right SKU, not buried in email.
Regulation compliance
Built for EU ESPR, France AGEC, SCIP notifications, and PFAS substance tracking. Requirements mapped to your product catalogue automatically.
Consumer verification
Every passport is publicly verifiable at verify.passr.eu. A QR code on the product gives consumers, retailers, and regulators instant access to compliance data.
Built for brands selling into the EU.
Passr is designed for outdoor and activewear brands with product lines in the €2M–€20M revenue range that sell into EU markets. These are brands that have real supply chains, real regulatory exposure, and no dedicated compliance engineering team.
The platform handles the infrastructure — the data model, the passport generation, the QR delivery, the supplier onboarding — so sustainability managers and heads of product can focus on the data itself, not on building systems to manage it.
Passr's obligations extend beyond the brand. Suppliers contribute material and certification data directly through a structured portal. Retailers and consumers access the public passport by scanning the product. Recyclers receive end-of-life material data without needing to contact the brand directly.
The regulation requires this entire chain to work. Passr is the infrastructure that connects it.

Beta — building with the first brands.
Passr is in active development. The core platform — passport generation, supplier portal, QR delivery, and ESPR data structure — is built and running. We are currently onboarding a small number of outdoor brands through a closed beta programme to shape the product before general availability.
If your brand is preparing for EU compliance requirements, we want to hear from you.
